🔐 1. Account
1.1 Using bugs, cheats, hacks, bots, macros, or modified client files.
Punishment: permanent ban.
1.2 Buying or selling accounts, items, resources, currency, or other in-game valuables for real money.
Punishment: permanent ban for both parties.
1.3 Sharing your account password. You are responsible for any loss caused by shared access.
Administration is not responsible for lost items or characters.
1.4 The account owner is the person with access to the registered email.
Without email access, you are considered a user, not the owner.
1.5 Sharing account email access with multiple people.
Punishment: account block until resolved.
1.6 Character names containing profanity, offensive terms, or names similar to administrators.
Punishment: forced name change and/or account block.
🗯️ 2. Chat and Behavior
2.1 Insults, swearing, threats, political slogans, or Nazi propaganda.
Punishment: 24h mute to ban.
2.2 Insults or threats towards the administration.
Punishment: 24h mute to ban.
2.3 Advertising third-party projects or services.
Punishment: permanent ban.
2.4 Damaging the reputation of the server.
Punishment: 24h mute to ban.
2.5 Discrimination based on gender, race, nationality, orientation, or religion.
Punishment: 24h mute to permanent ban.
2.6 Bullying or harassment.
Punishment: 24h mute to ban.
2.7 Malicious links, including phishing and viruses.
Punishment: permanent ban.
2.8 Intentionally ruining the game experience for other players.
Punishment: account restrictions up to blocking.
2.9 False reports intended to harm other players.
Punishment: account restrictions up to blocking.
2.10 Involving relatives or loved ones in conflicts. Real-life threats are also prohibited.
Punishment: chat block to account ban.
2.11 The server administration may temporarily block an account without providing evidence if there is suspicion of cheating or other serious violations.
🏛️ 3. Relations with Administration
3.1 Character names similar to administrators.
Punishment: permanent ban.
3.2 Fake evidence, false statements, or impersonating administration.
Punishment: 7 days ban to permanent ban.
3.3 Administration never asks for passwords or items. Anyone asking for them is a scammer.
3.4 Administration may restart or modify the server without notice in an emergency.
3.5 Administration may change the rules. Changes take effect when published.
3.6 Disrespect towards staff or the server, including trolling, insults, unconstructive criticism, or calls to leave the project, is prohibited in-game, Discord, and third-party resources.
Punishment: 14 days to permanent account block.
3.7 Administration may temporarily block accounts if cheating or other serious violations are suspected.
3.8 Repeated violations may result in increased punishment.
3.9 Game Masters may consider communication and behavior when making decisions.
3.10 Administration decisions are final.
⚔️ 4. Events and Gameplay
4.1 Disturbing Game Masters during events.
Punishment: disqualification to 24h ban.
4.2 Inactivity or unfair play during PvP events, including throwing or multi-windowing.
Punishment: 24h ban.
4.3 Killing other players is part of the game. Fights over monsters, spots, and bosses are resolved in-game.
4.4 In-game and official market deals are final. Check the price before accepting an offer.
4.5 Players are responsible for their deals. Administration does not compensate for trade mistakes or actions by other players.
4.6 Buying valuable items from other players is at your own risk. Only official store purchases are guaranteed by administration.
4.7 Exploiting bugs for personal gain is prohibited. Report bugs to administration.
Punishment: 7 days ban to permanent ban.
4.8 Fake screenshots or attempts to mislead administration.
Punishment: 30 days account block.
🏰 5. Castle Siege
5.1 Fake guilds created to take a slot or benefit another guild are prohibited. Signs include few members/online players, no activity, or links to another guild.
Punishment: removal, slot to the next guild, and main account ban up to 7 days.
5.2 Switching from defending to attacking to remove a debuff is prohibited. Switching 2+ players counts as intentional.
Punishment: 1st - guild disqualification. Repeat - disqualification + 3d ban. Further - longer bans.
5.3 Non-participants may not kill Castle Siege participants in Valley of Loren.
Punishment: 1st - warning to 1d ban. Repeat - 2-3d ban.
5.4 To report a Castle Siege violation, send a Support ticket with the full video, not a short clip.
5.5 Agreements between Siege guilds are prohibited except within official alliances.
Punishment: GM account block for 30-90 days.
📋 6. Agreement
By registering, you agree to all of these rules. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the website or play on the server.
All accounts, characters, in-game items, and gameplay actions are the property of the server and part of its intellectual property.
